Ricoh MP4002 won't scan to win10

Hello,

Customer called to report that he upgraded to win10 and now the copier (Ricoh MP4002) is not scanning at all, the same thing again (known issue), yes, firmware update needed,

as far as I know this is the Ricoh D129-17 model and RFU or SD fw will be of great help. Please let me know if payment is needed and/or other
manuals or firmware for other brands, I have several brands' material and I'm eager to help you out too.

I have helped many technicians through private messages or email. just recently I sent a Xerox production machine manual for a technician from Texas,
I suppose I don't have to grant you access to my mail to prove you that.

To anyone (technician) looking for a manual or firmware ask me for it first, if I have it you can have it too, free.
