Haven't seen one of these in forever. Machine is stating No TR roller - Install Transfer roller but, the transfer roller is already in place. is there a counter that needs to be reset? Any suggestions?

are you sure it hasn't reached E.O.L.?

did you pull it and clean all contacts?
