SC220 RICOH MP5001

good day all ...

I have a ricoh mp5001 machine, lately appear error SC220.
this case makes me annoyed. in fact all I've replace the Laser Unit, IPU, IOB, BICU, Power Supply, PCDU, Control Board.

But the problem is not finished

If anyone could help in this case?

Next step I'd try would be door switches, if one of them is a bit fritzy it will affect the laser.

you replaced all those parts ( shotgun approach )

did you happen to "reset the error code" in service mode?

you made sure ALL connectors are seated properly?

are you sure you used good parts and not ones taken from the " Scrap Yard " ?

yes of course I took part from a good machine.

I tried the door switch, but it didn't work

I've seen that caused by a loose ground wire in the transfer roller case.
