Richo mp c5503 locked out

Hello

I usually work on the Toshiba line. My boss ended up selling a used Richo MP C5503 for one of our customers. They are able to copy but when they tried to get into the system settings everything is grayed out. If they try and press log in the machine only beeps and does not allow them to enter the login and password. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

When you press the User Tools/ Counter button, in the upper right corner is there a "login" button on the screen?

Are you saying it beeps when you press login? You may need to wait a while after switch on before you can login.
