Point to points can be found in the 3d parts manuals and not sure who else uses but the TDC in the UK normally has p2p for the copier your working on.
I can remember circuit diagrams for boards used to be available a long long time ago. One guy once asked a trainer in a Ricoh training course at Feltham in the UK many years ago and he said the diagrams were no longer supplied to Technical Support due to copyright and patent issues.
Heres the c2003.2503. Cant locate the C2011 without a product code.

Electrician can know well about these diagrams and many times i have talked with them about it.
I think Ricoh don't want own engineers / Dealers or third party service provider to support their products effectively >>>>>??????
I think you are out of touch if you think the average tech is going to do board level repair......
Most sc codes except the sc672 codes are pretty obvious.
I myself just do the swap out that board and call it a day..
You cant even unsolder most components on these boards even if you wanted to..
