How to factory reset a Ricoh device with an SOP machine?

Hi there, we have a mixed estate of just over 80 devices with 5504s, 307s and 402s and one CW2201 plotter. All are working with Streamline NX but we decided to uninstall the Streamline from the CW2201. I have uninstalled Streamline from other devices in the past but for whatever reason, it has not done so cleanly from the CW2201. Does anyone have any ideas on how to factory reset the Ricoh devices with SOP screens? A Google is only coming up with factory reset instructions for Ricoh devices that have hard physical buttons.

Never factory reset, why not follow the service manual for uninstalling.

the only way that now comes to mind and the family of badass sp801-xxx, + sp832 to format the hdd, but as you know with sp801-001 engine you have to recalibrate the mc with the factory sheet, and you'll lose a lot of time, especially on that plotter that is very sophisticated! ... maybe there is some app ricoh installed?
