Savin MP C306 with Papercut installed

I have two of these and one is allowing the scanning button to show after logging in to Papercut, but the other does not.
I am not too versed on Papercut and am not sure where to even look for a solution.
Both machines are up to date with firmware and again, one works and the other doesn't.
You can still scan from the machine by going to device functions and selecting it on the main screen.
Any suggestions?
