MPC6003 Jam code 001

I have run into this on older machines with door switches but this doesn't seem to be the case as of yet. Has anyone run into J001 on these machines yet? Thanks for your help!

Does it show where the jam is? I read about a machine showing J-001 also showing jam in C, turned out to be the interlock sensor on the duplex door was failing.

I believe J001 is a jam at power on.

Stamp holder door on the ADF is probably open. Close it and you should be good to go.

Previously just checked continuity on door switches (checked ok). Replaced front and side door switches and all is well.
