    Cant upload image to C305SPF

    Hi,

having problems uploading an image to the main screen of a C305SFP via the web image monitor. I'm making sure the image is JPEG file, size is 324 × 66 pixels and file size is no more than 45kb but whenever I try upload to the machine, I keep getting 'error file is invalid'.

I've followed as ricoh support advised to on -
    http://support.ricoh.com/bb_v1oi/pub_e/oi_view/0001044/0001044959/view/convenient/int/0021.htm

Anyone else had this issue or know how to fix?

I know you can do it via an SD card to which i have not attempted yet but do not have my hands on an SD currently, will get one if cant do it via the web image monitor?

We've used 324px width by 66px height, 300 dpi, and 24 bit depth .JPG, successfully. Make sure you aren't using Chrome, as the web managers tend not accept user input.

    Hi,

The correct resolution size for the mpc305 should be 180 pixels wide x 40 pixels

Still no luck, Even tried with a JPG file which worked out 137 x 26 and that came up with the same error. 'FILE IS INVALID'. Any other ideas?

I've also tried it on different browsers. Firefox, Edge and Chrome. All getting the same error.

All fixed now, didnt realise the size has got to be below 15KB, not the 45KB I thought it was. Duh!
