I have a Ricoh pro8200 slow in covers mode

I have three Ricoh pro8200 at an account when running covers mode , one machine slows to about half the speed of the others running The same job, I have the paper types and thickness set the same on all three machines, does the same running a print job or copy job.
but one of the machines runs about ½ the speed of the other ones running the same cover's job.
Are there any other settings that would make the one machine slower than the others.
Anything other than paper types, thickness that would slow the machine down? I have paper type and thickness set the same

Run non default smc data and look for fusing settings off default like reload temps, etc. Anything fuser related. Do a comparison of non default data on all 3 machines.

Are they using custom paper catalog entries for this media?

If so, check the custom settings for the slower machine, and look for a field called Process Speed Setting. If it's been set to Low, that could be the reason it's slower than the other two.
