    RICOH MP C5502 problem for speed copy

    have a ricoh mp c5502 to make a photocopy a lot of time spins .. turn and after 20-30 seconds do a photocopy ... what can it be?

    Had a similar problem with an MPC4502 a couple of years ago. RD144057.doc
    Another Tech had changed some SP modes to stop cold offsetting which increased the warm up time of the fuser from standby.
    I've attached the Ricoh bulletin so you can check the fuser settings. Putting them back to default solved the problem.
