    SP5200S SC195

Hello, Sp5200s with SC195, serial data missing etc, Tried inputting serial number via SP and also SSP (they were already there) fitted new EEproms to BICU SC669-63 now, tried new NVRAM, (tried uploading info to SD card first on old NV no joy) Can anyone tell me what the prefix means on the SC669-63. manual does not cover -63, this might help me diagnose the fault more. Thankyou

Telling us what led to the issue might help us more too...
Did it just happen just out of the blue? Did you do something to try and fix another issue? Or did you find the machine in this condition?
Sounds to me like the BICU may have been swapped without the original NVRam

Found device like this SC195 swapped eprom for new and board, this got rid of 195 but now comes up wrong model, reset as per fitting new eprom, no good, got into factory mode(143) and reinput serial number no good, going to another device tomorrow will check settings on this one as cannot find which model, pnp maintenance id values to put in, obvs destination in this case EU. Thanks.
