Dumb question: is the fw (package & module) up to date? There were some changes in the last 2 weeks. Also check the cables, especaly screen - controller.

Firmware is uptoday.cables are reseated.Strange thing is the time of the occurance only after waking up from sleep in the morning
Did you update control panel firmware?

Sorry guys my morning coffee hasn't kicked in I was thinking a different machine. Copiertech has more insight to these codes definitely listen to his advice.
