    MP C4503 Poor print quality

One of my coworkers is experiencing a problem with a MP C4503. The copies look good, but print jobs are not coming out properly. He has tried to replace the controller, IPU. HE swapped the transfer belt unit with another machine, and also swapped the transfer separation roller. He has been at they count 4 times and is currently stuck. I have attached a photo of what he has sent me. Any guidance or help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Did he check to see if Toner Saver is set in the driver?

[ Unfortunately it appears that whatever is going on is internal to the machine. As you can see from the Prince for color calibration.

Memory clear the printer app and ACC it. That should sort it out.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

We had this same problem. Clearing the app and performing the ACC , and then choosing to go back to previous setting was the only way to get it to print quality again.
This is "something" internal. Have the MP C 3002 as a parts unit and internal use.

At one time Ricoh USA was recommending to run ACC after all firmware updates on the Cxx03 models. When doing so, I would notice that the previous settings were gone.
