Is there any way to have a Ricoh MFP auto delete locked jobs at a certain time?

We are implementing locked printing at a customer of about 200 employees at 4 different locations and their IT is wondering if this is a possibility?

I understand but IT is going to delete the jobs off the copiers every night anyways, they were just asking if there is a way to automate this instead of doing it one by one.

In User Tools/Counter>Printer Features>Data management, change "Auto Delete Stored Print Jobs" from the default setting of 3 days to 1 or 2. It won't give you a specific time/day it will do it... it's just give the document 1-2 days to reside on the drive before it's deleted.

    Hope that helps.

    Experiment concluded.

Auto Delete does NOT remove locked print jobs!! They must be deleted manually....and you must know the password in order to delete them.

...So sayeth Ricoh/Savin.... So sayeth the flock.

I believe you can delete the locked jobs through the WIM as admin.

You're correct...but the OP was looking for a way to automate the process. Their IT dept. was looking for the "Easy" way.
