    Ricoh d158 - Distorted

    Good morning
I have a problem with a Ricoh 2501 SP (Black Model - Black Only Print).
All prints and copies that come out are distorted by 2/3 mm.
What can I do to correct this error?
    I can attach an example.
    Thanks for your support

Can you post the sample please, distorted doesn't really describe the fault.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Exactly what do you mean by "distorted by 2/3 mm"? Is it skewed? Is registration off, either side to side or lead edge?

Are you a tech or a user?

hello, if I understand correctly the image is distorted (?), that machine has a laser protection glass hidden behind the plastic, did you clean it? it happened to me once not to have inserted it in all the length of the guide, and after all it was a little out, and produced distorted prints on one side, I do not know if it's your case.
