why are you not having "local engineer" finish the job?
If he is not a copier tech you might want to hire a copier tech...
I dont go to a dentist when my feet have issues.
Fusers are tricky and can be dangerous in the wrong hands, bypassing thermo fuses and such.
The early analogs Sharps i use to work took out many offices by catching fire

Well he is technically working with Ricoh but his work experience on colour copiers are very less so that why i named him as a local engineer.
Can you suggest thru the pic if the thermo fuses are smaller because as to me it looks smaller or may be isnt placed right.

OK as it is so often asked on this forum WHAT WAS YOUR ORIGINAL PROBLEM? The Fuser Lamps are part of the Fusing Sleeve Assembly and are NOT a stand alone part - the Fusing Sleeve and Lamps are part of the same assembly. How was he able to break the lamps?

If I were to guess they tried replacing just the sleeve itself and not the assembly.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Well i got a torn fuser sleeve so i called the technician and he bought a new fuser flim/sleeve and repaired that part while he tired fixing in seems like had no clue on how to fix it back on the fuser lamp so it got broken and came the next day with another lamp and all he did was use a wire to make it hold it in the middle. And after it s all done i thought it was perfect for printing A4 and A3 but while trying to print A3+ (12in by 18in) my left portion isnt getting fused about 1.5 cm the colour toner is falling off.
so what i need is a manual or a good video regarding the fuser unit on dissembling.

I would suggest that you now replace the entire fusing unit.

You need to search by part number. Your profile shows India so assuming 220v that would be D1764010.

bought a new fuser flim/sleeve..do you know that these work?
I TRIED cutting corners buying a chinese knockoff fuser sleeve and it gave me all kinds of headaches and i ended up just buying the danm fuser sleeve.
It sounds to me you need to find a "real tech" to look at your machine.
sometimes one has to pay for experience..
If your engineer is breaking lamps and cant figure poor fusing issues maybe he should not be doing this,
Yes you can buy a whole fuser unit but that wont be cheap.
