i have change opc drum , clean blade , charge roller, developer. set bias too default first and make developer inti without the toner drop on devepoler unit. at first everything its ok. after 3000 copies i have light copies , the black is not so black . any help?

Hi there!
Have you cleaned the magroller? My 1. guess is the tonerhopper. The 4 shuffle-mylars often get loose so the toner is partially blocked.

Did you forget to take out the clear toner plug (the one you insert into toner chute when you flip the Drum Assembly over)? I did this on one of my first PM's for this series.

besides everything you've done, clean all the lenses / mirrors inside the laser box unit: it's easy
How is the quality of the paper? Is it leaving a lot of dust? ( Cheaper paper tends to do that). Is your operating environment normal? What toner are you using?
a client used a few generics with which he gave this problem
3500D is the jar that bothers
when you put another mark it was solved
As you have already explained, check the hopper, as the toner is caked in the toner output to the image unit and the copy is rinsed
