What is the condition of your ITB unit? I can see colours bleeding over the black prints. Have you done calibration with these prints to try to get the machine to correct the undertaking/grainy image
If it works, don't touch it.
you can set the machine to do single color and do a 2 inch sky shot and see the fill for cyan or yellow or magenta
How to enable single color mode - use SP5-618 change to 0
It was the fusing unit sleeve...Stil cannot beleive it .At 117k ,less than half of its life. That fusing unit...............Thank you very much for your help.
well if premature failure is a problem... then look at the environment - users - supplies - paper
does the machine sit unused for a long time? ( staying ready wears down fuser & drums)
paper weight can make a BIG diff in life of parts
we all know cheap toner can destroy a unit.
and lastly.. are they gentle on the machine or rough?
yields aren't really something that can be depended to go full life... esp with all other factors involved
the total count may not tell the whole story - a lot of onesy twosy prints will lead to premature failure too because this adds way more revolutions to the sleeve than you would get if you were doing large jobs regularly
