    Ricoh MPc4502 not surw what to call this

    This what I get from just one PC in the office running win10, this same pc prints to a mpc7501 just fine, ive un installed,reinstalled,drivers are up to date, firmware is current, buffer is 256 font is set at 0,

    Have you updated fimware PCL,FONTS

    i have updated the firmware, i will check and see if the fonts are in the update.

    Since th e header and footer print correctly, I would look at the document itself. Maybe download it again.

    instead of printing directly from website, save as pdf then print (like slimsbob indicated)

    After you've installed new drivers, make sure you've also closed and then reopened the actual browser itself you're printing from. I am assuming from the looks of it that this is a webpage that is being printed.

    Also take a look at print preview with the correct printer selected to make sure that the document shows correctly.
    If it works, don't touch it.

    If the above "cure" is not working, and the printer is installed as "local" on that pc, erase the driver and reinstall.

    I have a bank that uses a certain type of software and it does not like Ricoh print drivers. Normally when this happens I have to contact there IT department to rectify the issue. Same problem with a bowling alley that uses same type of software. I have had an older print driver solve the problem. Not sure if this applies to your situation just adding my 2 cents.
