customer is not using a flash drive ricoh manual says replace main
controller
anyone have any other solutions?

procedure no good same result
noticed in lower feft corner says hdd error does this mean i need to replace the hard drive

Disconect the hdd.If the machine works without it (gives a ready condition) (duplex will be missing from the operation panel, as long as some other functions)then replace the hdd.

removed hdd made no diff will not come to ready so do you think
it s the board like manual says?

changed controller board that error is gone but now have 2 new ones
627-00 and 819-00
any ideas ?
