MP3350 died when I replaced the drum and blade

Hello all. I did a call for a line on the copy. I replaced the drum and blade, ran copies to make sure the line was gone. I went into service mode to reset the pm counter and noticed the fax and scan tabs were missing. I exited service mode and tried the fax key, It said it was loading. I tried the scan key and nothing happened. I tried the print key and it was offline, I couldn’t get it to go online. The copy key worked and made great copies. I noticed at the bottom of the display it said something like SDcard failed to initialize. I removed the fax unit, no difference. When I removed the HDD the copier failed to initialize. Main power comes on green, yellow light on nic comes on, as does the green light when I plug in the network cable. Two leds’ on the controller board come on. Nothing else comes on. Checked fuses on power supply board and their good. No display so I can’t access service mode. Any ideas on what could have happened would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

DID you use a vacuum on inside of copier?
Did you unplug machine before removing fax op.

No, didn’t use vacuum. Did not unplug it before removing either fax or controller boards, just turned power off.

I was afraid of that, since I left the fax unit and HDD off the machine and it’s still dead, maybe the controller board is the problem? Any thoughts on why when it was still able to copy, it said SD card failed? There wasn’t a card installed.

Might be worth re-flashing the firmware it may have become corrupt worth a try before replacing parts.
