I’ll try but before it went dead I couldn’t get the printer to go on line. Would I still be able to access the WIM?

Print and Scan is an option for this machine that's why it was able to copy. It has HDD so I assume there was an SD card inside that you might have misplaced. Check if you can have this part D383 5050 SD-Card - P/S Unit.
    Aye! Cut the crap

The customer has had this machine for a long time and have used print scan all the time. I’m thinking who ever sold this to them installed the print scan SD card, then removed it if that’s possible. Then maybe something happened that erased the print scan information so it was looking for the SD card to reinstall the info and maybe that’s why the SD failure message came up. After that I think me removing the controller board while it was turned off but still plugged in may have damaged the controller board? I’m looking for a 3350 parts machine now for the board and I did locate a print scan SD card to use if I can get the copier to run again with a different controller board. I still not sure what caused all this since all i did was replace the Drum and Blade. Thanks for the response, appreciate the help

YOU CAN NOT remove anything while machine is plugged in..
I also when working around logic brds wear a ground strap to my wrists..
You best bet is buy a working parts machine and gut it and then swap out the nvram"while grounded".
    Follow the manual...

I haven’t tried this yet, I’ll try it today. Crossing my fingers.

Print and scan were an option on the 3350B.
I’m looking at an MP3350 right now and there is no SD card and it is printing and scanning fine.

I have had these die in the past and short of replacing the controller the only way I could get them to run was without the fax unit.
