    Look at the bulletin. It has the part number for the North American, 110 volt, version.

    Ricoh's most updated Parts catalog for the C3002/C3502 (updated 3/7/19) shows D1424272 (NA) and D1424273 (EU).
    Ricoh's most updated Parts catalog for the C4502/C5502 (updated 11/8/18) show D1444272 (NA) and D1444273 (EU).
    Ricoh Hotline says there is no such sleeve that crosses all models.

    We have tried using the higher speed sleeves in the slower speed and vice versa, and always got a code. Best to just stick with what's supposed to be in there.
