As above pressure roller u/s old news-really!
Its the pressure roller.
This is probably due to the lower fuser frame being brocken. If you remove the hot roller on the right side of the lower fuser frame a bit of the plastic can snap and it doesn't hold the bearing on the hot roller in place thus only fusing one side of the paper correctly. If you order the lower fuser frame you will need to carefully remove the wiring and thermostats from the old housing. There is a spring loaded plate that is a bit of a nightmare to put back on if you don't look at how the spring is positioned on the left side of the lower frame. Also there is a black lever next to the left side screw that has to be swapped over and can easily be missed.

it might be that the pressure roller ball bearing is not in it's proper position because (f.i.) the green lever might be broken.
Paper Size in tray and orientation are the same as programmed in machine?
What's the total copy count on this machine?
Check size dials on paper trays (usually on rear side of cassette, sometimes the front).
Check End fences in paper tray
Clean Feed Rollers.
Check/ Replace Sep. Pad in trays.
Clean Sensors.
Clean Registration Roller.
Check that Press roll bearing isn't caught (spring side).
Check that the bearing seat for the Hot Roller isn't broken.
Check that fuser swivel Drive gear (in machine) isn't damaged (grinding/thumping noises??).
Once you check all those and it still jams:
Check that the tray lift motor isn't at fault (probably not if it's happening from both trays).
Check Feed clutches.
Etc. Etc. Etc. (common troubleshooting procedures).
