On Toshibas it's common to have a rear primary charge insulator break. When there's no yellow charge the machine entirely coats the primary transfer belt with yellow toner, depleting the developer in about 10 seconds. The customer calls for "Add Toner Yellow". Nope, much less complicated than that. The copier had labels stuck to and inside the Y PCU , the ITB cleaning assy , and adhesive on the metal reg roller. So it was nothing to do with the Y toner change after all. Cleaned it up as best we could. They will have to foot the bill for a Y drum and ITB cleaning unit if CQ issues persist.

P.S. funny how all that label material skipped the other 3 drums and only the Y drum took a hit though.
