lamp adjustment

Hi Guys

Is it possible to adjust the density on MP2000. I have an "OLD" Customer who loves his machine but struggles using the manual adjust. He copies loads of newspaper clippings and it is too dark. Normal copying is perfect. On the older Ricohs the lamp could be adjusted in the service mode. but not sure if it can be done on the 2000. If there is a way to adjust the lamp this would save him putting the machine onto manual adjust. I know it is the simplest thing for us but to him it is a nightmare. Poor old boy!!

Just have him make the adjustments he needs for that type of original and save it as a program. The machine can save 24 programs, I believe.
