It's not the tray as I've tried another. Paper starts out but it seems the next roller is not turning as it doesn't begin it's upward path

Little light on info. Feed pulleys? vertical trans guide out of position? dirty feed sensors? faulty clutch? Paper size wrong? What have you done/checked out so far?

Bad spring clutch for the relay roller.
Pull out the first paper casette and look at the two small rollers that are under the small door at the right of the 2nd paper casette.... Sometimes the don't turn evenly and the paper slips

Bad spring clutch for the relay roller. X2
Part #D0391172
Check the black guide for tray 2. On rear side there is a tab that pushes on a little push switch, and I've had these broken off before. Have also had the paper full sensor above the tray broken off and preventing paper from leaving tray.
Not much else but the basics: Clean Feed roller/ check sep. pad/ make sure end fence isn't too tight or too far away from paper/ all sensors check out - not dirty.
Otherwise, +3 on the clutch.
