If the fuser Web is still attached how about removing it to see if you get a different result? Also there's a fuser cleaning roller that might need cleaned inside the front of the fuser

Then again it could be something inside the transfer belt the diameter of those marks looks like it might match up with one of the rollers inside the unit under the belt

Yeah thought about fuser also and tore it apart and all looks good. Streaks almost look like toner dragged across page lef direction.

Ok completely different fuser, cleaned reg roller, same result. Also replaced dv unit, charge roller, drum , transfer belt assembly. Same result

I would say that the led array that's meant to discharge the drum has maybe gone faulty. Cant see the laser causing that but have seem the discharge lamps cause print quality issues

Quenching lamps I think they are called?
I have seen on mp2550 a couple of years ago they went faulty and it kept causing every page to be gritty all over, one to remember as have never had any other problems involving quenching lamps before.
