Seems also that maybe the machine is not rotating the cleaning web. Any ideas on this?

Also you can remove the web completely and the machine will still work with no problems

Measure the spacing between the streaks. That is the diameter of the source.

Well the only thing you can do is jam the machine. You can open the right hand door when a page is going up the vertical feed try and stop it at the drum to see if the marks appear there and then try stop it at the fuser. I know you tried different units but maybe this will help indicate where the fault is coming from?

Does anyone know how to remove that LED array from this machine? Seems like it’s just glued on

Looking at the parts catalog I would say it is mounted to the frame stay with double sided tape. You can remove the entire stay assembly with 2 screws at the front, there is a tab that goes into a slot in the back frame when putting back in.

    Re: Mp5002 streaks

    Hi,

I had this problem in MP3353, new drum, charge roller, charge cleaner, developer, fuser...etc PM parts. Since the machine is not frequently serviced, the seal covering the toner recycling unit is bent and out of position causing it to dump unwanted toner.

Please check if you have the same deformed seal.
    Aye! Cut the crap
