White spots on Ricoh mp c6502 / mp c8002

    Hi

Thanks in advanced for read and for any input, all help will be appreciated.

I have this machine start to develop white spots, in some pattern but most of the times random,
(I attach some pics), I clean drums, transfer belt, under transfer roll and glasses but the spots
still show, some prints comes ok but most are with the spots on it.

Any Advice? anyone with the same problem?

    Thanks again

Have you checked the PM counters? If items are beyond their recommended PM count, cleaning can often make matters worse. You may need to start some major PM replacements. By under transfer roll do you mean the PTR (Paper Transfer Roller) or the individual transfer rollers inside the ITB assembly?

    Hi
    thanks for your answer,

I mean the PTR (Paper Transfer Roller), also I change all the transfer assembly ( i have another machine same model) to another working
printer and works fine, my guess is something on the laser or the mirrors-glass on the laser assembly, also I check today all the conectors
    maybe a bad contact.

    Still appreciate any input.

    thanks in advanced
