Customer with this call, cannot print . . .
don't have this unit, is there a way to disable the call for a small period?

Hy... I depends if the cleaning web is really finished (in this case "change cleaning web now" is displayed (no sc 550 in this series) or there is a count error... In this case the messsge is displayed only at the bottom and the customsr can use the machine

You could pull the web out and re-roll it back onto the supply side and stick it back in. Not elegant but it will make the machine think there is enough web. Just make sure you set the web use counter back to 0 or the machine may refuse to recognize it.

Since the machine is disabled when the sensor detects that web has run off the supply shaft, it is a good idea to always a good idea to carry at least 1 in your car stock. One thing to check if the web has not run off is the wiring harness. I have had a couple of machines where the wires going to the out switch were rubbing on a screw head and would cause a short to ground. It's a rare occurrence but worth a check.
