Bit early to say, i’ve installed a few this year no issues so far.
But as with the xx04 series tidy up the home screen by deleting unused apps, especially the quick copy/scan delete these & add the classic apps customers are more familiar with these.

Has anyone messed with the RSI (Ricoh Smart Integration) feature yet?
It's the newer version of ICE.
I just set one up with RSI and RCM. Not super painful, but not easy, either.
The biggest problem is that Sales seems to have no idea how to sell the subscriptions for it.
