    That is usually due to the "scratch proof" coating on one side of the slit glass.

    anyone who had this machine in field can do a test?
    just put some originals in adf and do a scanner in color mode, and see if the cyan line appears.

    i had the test in 3 diferentes machines and all did the same(cyan line in some,not all)

    Have you tried what skinnyb suggested and have you checked the slit glass. It seems like you might be over complicating this problem. If you found other machines doing it, then it sounds like it's a built in problem with that product and often you have to find your own fix. Just because an adjustment is "spot on" doesn't mean you won't need to tweak it a bit to find a solution for a strange problem.

    Leading edge Registration might be fine but if you make a copy of something OTHER THAN A BLANK PAGE, and compare it with the original, you'll see that the image is reduced. As suggested by skinnyb, adjust the ADF magnification in "peripherals"
