Re: mpc306 jamming
Hi
The sc 492 relates to the high voltage power supply and it complains about the transfer bias being incorrect. Says to check contact between transfer and Hvpsu as well as seating of transfer roller. And blames bicu as last cause.
Where is the paper when the jam takes place? Is the paper creased and/or damaged?

Re: mpc306 jamming
J003 = Paper did not make it out of tray one (usually green end fence too far back, or paper that has a folded corner holding up one side of the stack).
J017 and J057 = Paper making it to Reg sensor late, or paper not getting there at all.
SC492 "Usually" relates to 2nd Transfer Roller (not seated correctly, or completely worn out, or damaged). Check the Static teeth on the transfer roller and check the mylar on it too (That mylar gets cracked on front and rear sides and will cause jams).
What are the counters on this machine? If you don't see something completely obvious, then I would start leaning towards clutches, and in this machine, expect it to take like 4 hours to replace if it's your first time.
How often is it jamming? Customer loading paper badly?
