    Post Ricoh MP8000 not print

    hii i have 2xcopier MP 8000 First is OK and second i have problem.
    Ricoh mp8000 not printing with any drivers PS PCL or any Windows operating system.
    I go ping from pc and ping is 100% ok.
    I go web browser and its OK and print copier alert!!! in web browser or oflline.
    Pls help eny

    Does the other device have a printer scanner sd card and the one with the problem maybe doesn't?

    Likely. The network card will still respond even if there isn't a print scan card.
