SPC360SFNW sc 332-01/02&03 continue

Dear All

Four new SPC 360SF error code sc 332-01/02/03 continue.
Replace with new toner still after few prints error return.
One machine stuck with sc 332-03 add yellow toner.
No blockage at developer entrance. Toner no issue ok.
Will this need f/w update. What are other solutions.

You need to give more info:

did you replace drums/devs?

what is total count on machine?

what is the count om PM parts?

Are you a tech?

do you have service manual?

other than toner WHAT haa been done to it?

If they are all new machines send them back under warranty, did you miss a step in the run up procedure, if not new call a experienced tech.

Me thinks You are correct!
Unless they are " refurbs" some shady dealers out there..
But yes.. most likely, incorrect setup.

This SPC360SF is a POS. So, the machine was installed about a month ago. Today, It throwing sc332-01 after 10 or 5 pages print and the code can be reset by power off and on. I output check development motor drive the Blk pcdu good, and replaced two new black toner cartridges. Also, I swapped K toner clutch with a Magenta clutch and still no fix. Any ideas would greatly appreciated.
