I think what you want is “Booklet Mode”, not “Step and Repeat”.
It should be available in the driver.

If you are printing, it is usually done through the software you are using. As an example, with .pdf files in Acrobat reader you select File - Print, under Page Handling change Page Scaling to Multiple Pages per Sheet and set Pages per sheet and Page Order as you wish. A little trial and error might be necessary.
Or better yet, ask you receptionist how as she most likely knows more about printing options as you do.
The only thing I know that has something like "Step and Repeat", is a Fiery Server with the Impose option.
"Step and Repeat" is also called "Gang Up Repeat".

I'm not saying that my answer is the correct one. I'm just trying to give more options because all the ones that were mentioned seem to don't do what Sahil102 wants. On his first post he mentioned Production Printers and by the description of the job that is quoted, it looks like the video I posted.
