    MPC305 with SC561

    Hello!

Here's another one from this beautiful model.
This one is firing SC561, we reset with SP5810 and it works fine for a few days or hours. It also issued SC562-03 once in April.

The manual points to 2 different things.
    On SC Table:
    Pressure roller thermistor error: Center
The temperature detected by the pressure roller thermistor does not reach 0 °C
    within the prescribed time.
    • Loose connection of the pressure roller thermistor
    • Defective thermopile
    • Defective pressure roller thermistor
    1. Check if the pressure roller thermistor is firmly connected.
    2. Replace the thermopile.
    3. Replace the pressure roller thermistor.

    On section Electrical Components Defects:
    Capturar.PNG

Where the hell is the Pressure Roller Thermistor Center? I can only see two themistors on the end of the Pressure Roller.

Anyway, I've cleaned the thermopile, updated FW and replaced the fuser 2 times. The first one was a used fuser and yesterday we fitted a new one. A few hours later SC561 appeared again. I also checked the Fusing connector to see if it was broken like on the old MPC2000/2500/3000.

I'm going to check the fusing harness and connectors on the boards.

I forgot to mention that the error has appeared when the machine is copying/printing, not on standby.

    Greetings...
I reseated the connectors and so far so good. The Sleep Mode Timer was set to 60 minutes and I changed it to 10min.

Thanks Zeldaman! If the error appears again I'll replace the thermopile.
