MP 4002 Fax

I have a customer that uses the Fax option on a MP 4002.
There is one provider that faxes to them via a fax server. The Fax server paper size is not set correctly. I think they are defaulting everything to 81/2 x 14 but that is just a guess. It bothers my customer that so much paper is being wasted. Every fax they get 2 pages for everyone 1 page of document. If the fax sender info was not printed I believe it would fit on a 81/2 x 11 page. I have Print Sender info turned off and Auto reduction is turned on. Any idea's? I believe the auto reduction is limited to a percentage that excludes reducing 81/2 x 14 to 81/2 x 11 but that is another guess.

Try setting up fax forwarding to either folder or email. The other option is to turn on Auto Size Reduction.
