Ricoh Aficio 2020D false jam code 010

Have a Ricoh Aficio 2020D with false jam code 010. There is no scraps of paper between rollers or sensors.
Registration sensor, exit sensor, door switch all check out good in SP5-803 input mode. Need suggestions
Shows pic on the display to open right side door to clear jam. The book is very vague and has no point to point diagrams.

Did you manually give the Registration rollers a spin? Usually I find a small scrap stuck between those rollers that can't be seen.
If you open and shut the doors, does it "clear the jam" and try again, or does the jam remain on the screen?

Guide out of place? Sensor flag broken or out of place?
If feeding from tray 2 check the little right hand door is closed properly.

You might also check and see how freely the feed roller turns, and the condition of the roller. Sometimes they develop a bit of a "glaze" on them, and instead of picking the paper up, they just spin. Sometimes it's the simple stuff that'll drive you nuts!

If it will not clear, check the lower right cover actuator and switch. Iv'e seen the acuators broken off before.

that code is paper slipping in cassette. check dial on front of copier make sure it matches paper direction. Then replace paper tire and friction pad also note sometimes they bend roller shaft so now tries to feed paper but to much pressure in one direction and it stop paper from feeding.you can test manually start feeding paper out of cassette and then grab and slowly pull paper out should be same tension as you remove paper.

It's free and won't even feed cause jam indicator won't reset.

Yes have have spun registration roller and no scraps, no broken sensor actuators.

code 10 is that paper has not reach reg. sensor. If code clears and you make a copy and codes again then check what i had mention. If not then need to check all your sensor also door opening sensor. there is one for interchange door there are two for rt side door and one for lgl tray door is below rt side door. service mode do 5-803 is input check and check each sensor to make sure it is working properly.
