    When you changed the belt did you make sure to have the "number on edge" towards rear side?
    Also when changing those belts or cleaning units, we usually powder on some yellow toner a few inches wide just to the right of the cleaning unit (when viewed from front) as a lubricant, and then give the belt a spin for a full rotation to prevent the blade from turning up.

    It would have thrown a service code code if it wasn't.

    The loss of image on one side only coupled with having some wrinkles almost has to be the PTR not making proper contact with the ITB. There are a number of threads that deal with PTR problems.

    Gets my vote, seen this several times. The bracket for PTR is dislocated.

    I also think that you have a problem with PTR unit.
