    The ESP units we use are also line monitors, we connect to them with our laptops and view/print the monitor report, then hand it to the customer as proof of the line problem. They really can't deny that they have a problem when you hand them the report.

    Nice and these days it would not take much to add a cheap line monitor/data logger. Just needs to have enough memory for 3 days before a catastrophic event.

    Yeah those are sweet. Like you said.. send off the files.. they give WRITTEN proof of any issue!

    The ESP model does log it for 30days..every 30sec or event. The old version used an LED reader pen to D/L info to PC.. new way is cable provided @ purchase. Diag software d/l from site. USB to phone jack.. quick xfer.. more features..$195.xx when boss FINALLY got one... then the dumbass LEFT it " somewhere" ( never called/visited the calls of his for the day.. just bought another) Electronic boards defect due to power breakdown

    There was a power breakdown due to working activity at the access route of this company.
    One monitor and this machine broke down.
    In fact it is the controller which was broke, SC899
