Description

SBU Communication Error When the machine was switched on, or when the machine returned to full operation from the energy save mode, the machine could not access the SBU register, or the SBU register values are abnormal. Note: The ASIC IDs read during automatic adjustment of the SBU can be displayed with SP4600 (SBU Version Display).
Causes

SBU-BCU harness loose, disconnected, defective SBU board defective SIOB board defective BCU board defective

while the scaner do not turn on and can not put into operation it's off
i think it's a relay voltage but i can't find in SBU or i don't know
please help me!

I would disconnect the ardf to see if it still reports the error code, so think of the damaged bcu ...

I do think, that will throw it's own specific ecode...but it's a start

while the scaner (scanner) do(es) not turn on and cannot put into operation it's off

** operation ? ** some codes will not allow functions.. but TECHS can enter Service/Tech mode ...can you access Tech Mode?

Where is the BCU please (the scanner motorr turn on with output ,but the exposure lamp no)

You need a trained tech with a service manual.
