IS two sided copying available on this model?

I barely sell these small boxes but placed one a few weeks ago and cant figure auto duplex.
model is a ricoh SP C242SF..Tried doing it from adf but single only...
am i missing something?

OP MANUAL SAYS:

1. Press the [][] keys to select [2 Sided Copy], and then press the [OK] key.
   
2. Press the [][] keys to select the binding method and orientation, and then press the [OK] key.
   
3. Press the [User Tools] key to return to the initial screen.
   "2 Sided Copy" appears on the display, indicating that the machine is now in 2-sided copy mode

Specs show it auto duplex is standard.

It looks very similar to a Ricoh SP C261 we have, the ADF has a scanner built in for the 2nd side.
Duplex copying is done thru the ADF

It does not do 2>2 sided thru the adf just 1>2 sided

I can have him take two sheets thru ADF and try to make a duplex copy but i cant see where the 1side copy is suppose to go inside machine..
i wanted to sell him a SP5200 BUT HE said it is too big so this was option 2...I dont have a spare on i can play with.

If it is an ADF it does not duplex. Duplex feeder would be ARDF.

Those SP C242's are a $hitbox imho. I wouldn't suggest going down that road.
MP301 is nice, compact, and reliable, and as you know, I've developed a hate for those SP5200's

Strange choice colour when only need B/W, will not do 2>2

i sold a bunch of the c320dn printers and they worked fine and the engine,toners are the same as the spc242 series..
they dont need color but need to do doublesided.
I ran off 50 copies and fed it again to do the 2nd side and no issues.
those pressure rollers on the 5200 can go but that seems to be with a lot of the ricohs

I didnt think these little boxes can flip both side thru the ADF, which is ok
