error code is sc584

can anyone help?
Where can i get service manual for this machine?

If you do not have access to service manual you should not be working on a PRO series machine..
Pay for a trained technician, you probably need parts then you will also need parts manual..

get hired by a Ricoh dealer... then get the training

but he isn't with a dealer ( i believe an end user )

he lives in Cairo ...

he wouldn't be able to attend here..

I don't think he will find C901 training anywhere, it's an old machine.

Hi mate,
SC 584 is a Decurler unit home position error.Could be a faulty/dirty sensor or a mechanical issue within the DeCurler unit.
