Hi all,
Looking for advice here.
I’ve got an month old IM C3500 that wont feed past pick up on any tray.
Running output check on the vertical path rollers they don't turn!
I’m thinking must be a board issue? 🤔

Have not seen it but agree that it would have to be like a 24V loss that drives motors? Sensor 5V loss I would think would show a misfeed or cover open or such. Any chance they pinched a wire somewhere? Other motors controlled by same board turn in output mode?

so the paper doesn't come out of the drawer? I had a photosensor that blocks the paper and the cable was interrupted, 1 working day to solve instead of replacing all the wiring
Possible bad motor? Is there another motor in the machine with the same part number you could try swapping?
or, vertical path rollers bound up, do they turn freely?
What is the jam code?
