You need to fix your saturation first before the sensors can read the patches correctly.
i would pull fuser, all drums and transfer belt unit and clean the sensors below fuser unit and clean all laser slit glasses..
maybe run a forced toner and the try calibration
All the above but sensors are below ITB.
First thing to do is properly clean the ID sensor assembly. I have that alone pull the color alignment back.
Had same problem on many of these machines
1. clean the ID sensor board
2. clean the transfer belt rotation sensor on the belt (the encoder disc gets dirty sometimes)
3. Check laser Unit
4. perform calibration
Memento Audere Semper
Make sure the paper is dry
Clean scanner and laser optics (mirrors and ld shields)
Clean the ID sensors
Run a forced toner supply on cmy until you get a good solid fill
Run ACC
Then, if necessary, perform the line position adjustments
PDCU replacement may end up being required, although a good charge roller cleaning can do wonders sometimes.
Rock on.
NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING
