IM C2500 Display Dead after FW Update

Hi Folks,

i have a brand new IM C2500 which has a Diplay with no more funktion after i updated the FW.

Unly the blue little LED on the top right is working.

Any Ideas ?

Where did you get firmware from and which firmware, try loading the old version.

we get the FW from My Ricoh.

Finally i changend the SOP and now it works.
