I'm familiar with the bulletin and again another wrong assumption. I've still had the message not reset after running through the SP's properly. The is gap on the contacts narrow on some of these units. The adjustment I make is a small one and does not disable the near end detection sensors.

hahaha you mean the "service manager" badge on my account? that comes from CTN setting that title due to the "Like and Thanks" i receive from posts/comments.

yes I have been a service manager... BUT I was always in the field following up on my techs .. making sure they did their jobs .. an fixed their F-up .. like making unauthorized/unapproved repairs.
